Liv for U.S. Agriculture
Well, Hello There
Glad You're Here
Well, I won't try and sugarcoat things, but we're just getting started. I didn't come from the agricultural world and I decided to get involved when I was still in single digits. This world has been one of the most rewarding ways to live, but it also comes with heartache, worries, sacrifices, and battles that I, among others, ended up losing. I'm sure those are all things familiar to this community, but it's not a thought to the majority population. That's why I'm finally starting this endeavor, and I hope and look forward to getting through it, with you guys to see the journey.
How it All Started. . .
Happy, you're here! If you wanted to get to know the maker of this page more, you've come to the right place. My name is Olivia Halter, but most call me Liv, and I have been involved with the agricultural community for about four coming on five years now. Moving from a less "western" more populated area to Wyoming was a big step for me, but ended up paying off tenfold and more. I chose LCCC and later the University of Wyoming strictly because the people were genuine, the land was breathtaking, and the costs were manageable. With all these pros, however, there were some cons. From dealing with program cuts to having to go solo for a few months, there was always some form of challenge or learning to be gained. Everything that I have had the blessing to experience, challenge and overcome has led me to write and start up this hub for you and anyone else who wants to know more about the inner workings, communities, and personal experiences that I will be continuing to put out there for you in an easy access format. I won't get too into the nitty-gritty of it, but there will sure be lots to look forward to in the future with weekly updates, interviews and analyses, and a more united forum community with notes and posts about my life along this road I've chosen to walk. Welcome to the herd, get ready for some chance encounters with everything under my sun.
